Chris Fischer is a chef, farmer, TV host and food writer who grew up on Martha’s Vineyard. His 2016 book The Beetlebung Farm Cookbook won a James Beard Award and his Food Network cooking show Amy Schumer Learns to Cook was nominated for an Emmy in 2020.
