Baked Crab Dip
1 lb. cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp. black pepper
1 cup fresh blue crab meat (or any canned crab meat)
1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and diced
Chopped scallions and micro greens, for garnish
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Mix all ingredients together, except for garnishes, in a large bowl. Transfer to a 1-quart baking dish (or several smaller baking dishes) and bake until heated through and bubbly, about 30 minutes.
Garnish with chopped scallions and micro greens, and serve warm with crackers.
